Supervise students during clinical practice, ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and professional standards. Assess student performance through evaluations, practical exams, and documentation review to support their progress. Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, research initiatives, and integrating innovative learning technologies such as LMS platforms. Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and clinical progress in compliance with institutional policies. Stay current with advancements in dental technology, research, and industry best practices to enhance instructional content. Skills Extensive knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, pathology, radiology, and clinical procedures. Proven supervising experience in clinical or educational settings within dental or healthcare fields. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. Ability to develop curriculum tailored to diverse student backgrounds while fostering an inclusive learning environment. Prior college faculty experience or higher education teaching background is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for effective teaching and documentation review in a clinical training setting. Knowledge of laboratory techniques relevant to dental education. Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds in both classroom and clinical environments.
