We are looking for an energetic, compassionate Dental Assistant to join our Oral Surgery practice. You will work alongside an experienced team, assist with procedures, help patients feel comfortable and care for, and keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Assist the oral surgeons during procedures including extractions, implants, bone grafting, and IV sedation Prepare and maintain sterile surgical setups and instruments Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, including vital signs Take and process dental X-rays and CBCT scans Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant certification required X-ray certification required CPR/BLS certification (required); ACLS (required or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment Professional, calm, and compassionate chairside manner
