Certification Registered Dental Assistant Autoclaving Full Job Description Registered Dental Assistant•Endodontic Practice Quad City Endodontics | Bettendorf, IA Full-Time | Monday-Friday $22•26/hour, depending on experience About Quad City Endodontics Quad City Endodontics is a specialty endodontic practice dedicated to providing exceptional root canal treatment and patient care in a professional, modern, and team-oriented environment. We are looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who takes pride in excellent patient care, clinical excellence, and working efficiently as part of a close-knit team. The Position The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and confident working chairside. Endodontic experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We are willing to train an outstanding dental assistant who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn. Responsibilities Provide efficient chairside assistance during endodontic procedures Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Assist with root canal therapy, retreatment, apical surgery, and emergency appointments Take and process dental radiographs as permitted by state requirements Assist with CBCT and digital imaging Maintain strict infection-control and sterilization protocols Prepare and maintain endodontic instruments and materials Maintain accurate clinical documentation Assist with patient intake, room turnover, and patient dismissal Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Maintain organized operatories and clinical areas Monitor and restock supplies Follow OSHA and infection-control protocols Work collaboratively with the doctor and entire office team including taking part in front desk/reception responsibilities Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented office culture
Qualifications Required:
Registered Dental Assistant credential/license in Iowa Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Dependable and punctual Professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment Willingness to learn specialty procedures and protocols
Preferred:
