Job Description

Summit Kids Dental is growing, and we're looking for a positive, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We opened just over two years ago and have quickly built a practice focused on creating a fun, low-stress, and memorable experience for every child and parent . If you enjoy working with kids, thrive in a team environment, and want to grow in your career, this is a great opportunity. You'll work closely with Dr. Marc and our team to help deliver high-quality care while creating a dental experience kids actually look forward to.
Schedule:
Full-time (32-34 hours/week) What You'll Do Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and parent Prepare patients for treatment and assist chairside Take dental X-rays Set up and break down operatories Sterilize instruments according to regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment Assist with charting and scheduling next appointments Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions to patients/parents Support the team by staying proactive and anticipating needs throughout the day What We're Looking For 1+ year of dental assisting experience (pediatric preferred) Strong communication skills with both children and parents Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow within the practice Reliable and consistent Growth Opportunity We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. This role has the potential to grow into a Lead Assistant position as the practice continues to expand. $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
