Our office has been serving the community since 1991 and is known for high standards, quality dentistry, and a warm atmosphere where patients and team members feel valued. We are completely out-of-network with dental insurance plans, 100% privately owned, with only one location/practice. Our providers emphasize whole-health care, continued education, and the use of modern technology to support an excellent patient experience. This position is available as the current assistant is retiring from dentistry due to physical limitations after many years of work in the dental/medical field. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, four-handed dentistry, expanded functions, patient charting room turn-over, instrument sterilization, taking radiographs, taking impressions, packing cord, temporary crown fabrication, and use of digital tools such as intraoral cameras, iTero, Open Dental, and digital X-rays. Strong digital scanning skills, proficiency with FMX's using digital sensors, and modern dental software competency are essential. Candidates should also have an excellent chairside manner and the ability to work closely with team members. Requirements include at least 1+ years of experience and a high school education. We provide all PPE including scrubs (laundered at the office), gowns, face shields, safety glasses, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include PTO (paid time off), dental benefits, and 401(k) participation. Parking is available on-site in a dedicated employee lot.
