Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

Assisting during hygiene appointments Taking digital dental radiographs (X-rays) Charting and clinical note-taking Coronal polishing and sealants (if certified) Preparing and disinfecting treatment rooms Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols Helping children feel comfortable and confident during their visits Assisting the doctors as needed throughout the day What We're Looking For A positive, team-first attitude Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine love for working with children, including patients with special needs Someone who wants to grow with our practice and build a long-term career Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience is a plus but not required) Coronal polishing certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Sealant certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience with Dolphin software is a plus but not required Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Excellent benefits package Four-day work week State-of-the-art, fully digital office Positive, supportive, and drama-free work environment Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth We have an incredible team and are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing exceptional care while creating a fun, welcoming environment for every child and family.
