Job Description

Dental Treatment Coordinator and Front Office Business Assistant We are looking for a career focused professional who has the grit, energy, and capability to contribute to a dynamic, growing practice. We are interested in meeting individuals that are motivated to provide value to our patients and enhance the culture of our work family. At Andover Family Dentistry, we vaule dependability and integrity! Industry experience in healthcare, business, or hospitality preferred, but not required. We are a non-corporate, locally owned business with an emphasis on quality care with a good work/life balance for our team. Four day work week. No weekends or holidays. We provide competitive pay, benefits, and a state of the art office to work in. Dental Assisting/Dental Front Office experience preferred.
  • Effectively presenting dental treatment and discussing finances will be a skill needed for this position.

  • Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Dental experience is preferred
