Job Description

A property managment firm is seeking a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Andover, Kansas. We believe great communities are built by great teams, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing exceptional service to our residents. This is a full-time position offering a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced property management environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Qualifications:
Experience in general maintenance, warranty work, plumbing, and/or electrical repairs Experience working with contractors and vendors Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills HVAC certification is strongly preferred Valid driver's license required Must provide personal hand tools Ability to participate in an every-other-week on-call rotation
Responsibilities Include:
Performing routine property maintenance and repairs Troubleshooting and completing plumbing and electrical repairs Preparing apartments for new residents through unit turnovers Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed Assisting with preventative maintenance projects and property improvements We value teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
