Job Description

Dedicated and hardworking Dental Assistant wanted to join our growing dental team! If you are looking for a place where you can make a positive difference for your patients and are a valued team member, then this is the position for you. We are a well established, two doctor private practice. We are looking for an experienced, mature and compassionate team player to help us care for our wonderful patients. The right candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Ability to complete tasks within specified time frame Position summary: Performs a variety of dental assisting duties while promoting quality dental care for patients and a safe environment of minimal stress.
Assists the doctor, educate our patients on how to care for their teeth and oral appliances, communicate effectively with patients and/or parents, maintains equipment and inventory, and follows universal precautions and all OSHA requirements. Follows office protocol by maintaining a safe workplace for employees and contractors; maintaining the hazardous chemicals labeling system; adhering to infection control protocol, and the management of all aspects of infectious and/or hazardous waste. Facilitates the work flow and patient flow, patient safety / patient education and participation in treatment acceptance by patients. Hourly wage based on experience.
