Job Description

We are expanding our team and currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Dental Assistant to join us at Nola Pediatric Dentistry. The successful candidate will contribute to the high-quality dental care we provide and play a key role in enhancing the overall patient experience.
Job Duties Include:
Collaborate with dentists during examinations and treatment procedures. Prepare and organize treatment rooms for efficient patient care. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment. Capture and process dental X-rays. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Record accurate and detailed patient information, treatment plans, and charting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Graduation from an accredited Dental Assistant program. X-ray certification. Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with a focus on clinical procedures. Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. CPR certification is a plus.
