Job Description

Come join our practice! Our office has been at its current location for 25 years. We are looking for an assistant who is experienced and is willing to help us deliver a high level of care and efficiency to the office. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow with the practice

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures, assist with hygienists during down time.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
  • Take dental x-rays
  • Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during procedures
  • Educate patients on post-operative care instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update medical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Skills:
  • Proficient in dental assisting techniques, including aseptic technique and chair-side assisting
  • Understanding of medical records management and documentation practices
  • Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology
  • Experience with scanning for dental restorations is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide patient education on oral hygiene practices
Pay:
$24.00
