Job Description

We are a busy, growing orthodontic practice looking for a friendly, organized, and highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly at the front of the office. Orthodontic experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are even more important.
What You'll Do:
Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming experience Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks Maintain organized and accurate patient records Support both the clinical and administrative teams as needed Help ensure smooth daily operations across multiple office locations Rotate each week to different offices

Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable working with computers and office systems Reliable, dependable, and professional Ability to travel between our locations (Belchertown, Springfield, Chicopee, Longmeadow, and Feeding Hills) Above all, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude who genuinely enjoys being part of a team. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
