Dental Front Desk Receptionist Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour We are a busy, growing orthodontic practice seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a fast-paced, patient-facing position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once. Previous front desk experience in a dental, orthodontic, or medical office is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with patients, phones, scheduling, and office systems and who can confidently become part of an established administrative team. What You'll Do Greet and check in patients while creating a warm, professional experience Answer and manage a busy multi-line phone system Schedule and manage patient appointments Maintain accurate patient information and records Communicate with patients regarding appointments and general account questions Assist with administrative tasks and daily office operations Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams Rotate weekly between our office locations in Belchertown, Springfield, Chicopee, Longmeadow, and Feeding Hills What We're Looking For Previous dental, orthodontic, medical, or comparable front desk experience strongly preferred Experience working in a busy office environment Excellent phone and customer service skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Ability to multitask while remaining organized and accurate Professional and confident communication with patients Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to travel between all five office locations A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Dental or orthodontic experience is highly preferred and will receive priority consideration. Pay:
