About Us We love creating beautiful smiles and making our patients feel like family! New England Orthodontic Specialists is looking for a unique superstar. We need someone who loves working with patients in the clinic and welcoming them at the front desk. If you are energetic, organized, and love variety in your workday, you will fit right in!
The Role:
The Best of Both Worlds You will not be stuck doing just one thing all day. In this hybrid role, you will split your time between two important areas: At the Front Desk (Scheduling Coordinator):
  • Welcome patients with a big smile as they walk through the door.
  • Answer phone calls and reply to emails with a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Schedule appointments to keep our daily calendar running smoothly.
  • Check patients in and out and handle simple computer tasks. In the Clinic (Orthodontic Assistant):
  • Help the orthodontist during patient check-ups and adjustments.
  • Prepare treatment chairs and sterilize dental tools to keep things clean and safe.
  • Take digital X-rays and 3D teeth scans.
  • Teach patients how to care for their braces or clear aligners. What We Are Looking For
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (Required to communicate with our diverse patients).
  • Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant License (Required).
  • Massachusetts X-ray Certification (Required).
  • Dental Assisting experience (Orthodontic experience is a huge plus, but we love to train!).
  • Amazing people skills because you are the face and voice of our office.
  • Great computer skills to manage our scheduling software.

Pay:
$25.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 27.0 per week
