Role:
Comfort Smile of Ann Arbor is seeking a reliable, positive, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team! If you are an energetic team player with a strong work ethic, excel in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for patient care, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques across a variety of clinical procedures. Keep patients relaxed, comfortable, and well-informed throughout their visits. Work efficiently to support smooth patient flow and schedule management in a fast-paced environment. Maintain clinical compliance, equipment maintenance, sterilization, and room turnarounds. Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive, supportive practice environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience required.
Licensure & Certifications:
X-Ray Certification is preferred, but not required.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry, strong attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and strong multitasking abilities.
