Endodontic Specialty Practice Bloomfield Endodontics Bloomfield Hills, Michigan Full-time Pay:

$22 minimum per hour, based on experience About Us Bloomfield Endodontics is a modern specialty practice dedicated exclusively to root canal treatment and endodontic surgery. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during root canal treatment, endodontic surgery, consultations, and follow-up visits Prepare treatment rooms and ensure the clinical schedule runs efficiently Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their appointments Take digital radiographs and cone-beam images Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment Follow OSHA, infection-control, and HIPAA requirements Maintain properly stocked and organized treatment rooms Accurately document clinical information in the patient record Provide patients with postoperative instructions Communicate professionally with patients, coworkers, and referring dental offices Help maintain a clean, efficient, and supportive clinical environment Qualifications Dental-assisting experience is required Endodontic assisting experience is preferred but not required Dental radiography certification or eligibility as required by Michigan law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting Compassionate and patient with individuals who may be anxious or in pain Able to work collaboratively and accept coaching Willingness to learn specialized endodontic procedures and technology What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Paid time off for eligible employees Paid holidays for eligible full-time employees 401(k) retirement plan Health-insurance assistance may be available Practice-provided embroidered scrubs Specialized endodontic training Modern clinical technology Supportive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Consistent daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends Our Ideal Candidate We value attitude, dependability, professionalism, compassion, and a genuine desire to learn.
