Cleary Family Dentistry is a modern, privately owned dental practice in Canton, Michigan. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Registered Dental Assistant who enjoys building relationships with patients and takes pride in providing outstanding clinical care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing office from the beginning and help shape a positive,enjoyable and supportive culture. What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms before each patient appointment. Assist the doctor during restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, emergency care, and other general dental procedures. Assist with dental hygiene appointments Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs. Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and CDC infection control standards. Set up and break down operatories efficiently. Review medical histories and ensure patient records are accurate. Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative instructions. Help manage clinical supplies and notify the office when inventory is running low. Work closely with the front office and hygiene team to keep the schedule running smoothly. Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient. What We're Looking For Current Michigan Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Current radiography certification. At least one year of dental assisting experience preferred (new graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and professional.
