Registered Dental Assistant•Redwood Dental of Holly Redwood Dental in Holly is growing, and we're looking for a full-time experienced Dental Assistant to join our established team! Our office is proud to provide long-term care for a loyal patient base in a modern, updated setting. With low staff turnover and a supportive, welcoming team, we focus on creating an environment where both patients and team members feel valued. Due to recent growth, we're excited to add a new Dental Assistant to our family.
What You'll Do:
Greet and escort patients to treatment areas with a friendly, professional demeanor Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols Review health histories, update patient charts, and ensure documentation is complete Support patients with compassion, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit Stock and organize operatories, prepare trays and instruments, and manage supply inventory Perform digital radiography Oversee preventive maintenance of dental equipment Follow practice protocols for quality assurance, infection control, and emergency procedures

PM Thursday:
12:00 PM•8:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•1:00 PM (alternating schedule) What We're Looking For RDA OR 5+ years of dental assisting experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment Compassionate and patient-focused Ability to work well as part of a team Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety If you're an experienced Dental Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, we'd love to meet you.
