The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office while providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and positive interacting skills, making it essential for the candidate to be well-versed in dental procedures, infection control, and patient management systems. Schedule is Monday - Thursday. No weekends Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are ready for use. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling using Eaglesoft Dental software. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans. Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Assisting advanced dental procedures such as implant surgeries, periodontal surgeries, orthodontic procedures, molar endodontics, pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, etc Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Only applicants with at least 2 years previous experience as a Dental Assistant will be considered. Familiarity with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices is essential. Proficiency in using Eaglesoft dental software system is highly desirable. Knowledge of dental coding related to dental procedures is a plus. Strong communication and education. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
