Job Description

Expected Schedule:
32 hrs, M-F (4 days/wk or 2 half days)
Schedule Flexibility:
Part-time applicants welcome! Schedule may vary based on practice needs.
Location:
Primarily Mankato, however, our practice has a second location in New Ulm, and travel between both locations may be required.

What You'll Do:
As a Dental Assistant on our team, you'll be an essential part of delivering excellent, gentle, and joyful care. You'll help us keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and you'll be a friendly face our patients (and their parents) look forward to seeing!
Your Superpowers Will Include:
Taking x-rays like a pro Prepping patients and making them feel like VIPs Assisting with exams and treatments Giving awesome post-op care instructions Sterilizing instruments and keeping things sparkling clean Stocking and organizing like a champ Keeping clinical supplies in check Bringing positive energy and teamwork every day!
What We're Looking For:
A can-do attitude with great communication skills Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered environment Able to take direction and complete tasks efficiently A natural with kids (silly voices and sticker enthusiasm a plus!) Willingness to occasionally travel between our two office locations Effective communicator and ability to accept instructions from supervisor A safety pioneer - someone who adheres to universal precautions and OSHA requirements
Physical Requirements:
We stay on our toes! You'll need to be able to stand, sit, bend, and move around comfortably throughout the day. Good manual dexterity, coordination, vision, and hearing are a must for delivering top-notch care.
Job Specification:
Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program with a current MN license (or working towards licensure) Ready to Make a Lasting Impression? and become a part of something meaningful, rewarding, and full of smiles!

$26.00 - $29.00 per hour
