In this role, you'll work alongside dentists and hygienists to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. Why Join Clarity Health? 29 Days of PTO for full-time employees Comprehensive Benefits Package (health, dental, vision, life, retirement + more) 403(b) with up to 5% match Company-paid life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness & Employee Discount Programs Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and skill development What You'll Do Chairside Support Assist dentists and hygienists during a variety of clinical procedures Ensure smooth, efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery Clinical Preparation & Sterilization Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Maintain strict infection control standards by sterilizing equipment and sanitizing workspaces Patient Care & Experience Provide compassionate, patient-focused support to ensure comfort and understanding Educate and motivate patients as needed to support overall care Documentation & Records Accurately maintain patient charts, records, and treatment notes Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant Inventory & Supplies Monitor, order, and maintain supplies and equipment Track inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials Compliance & Team Support Follow guidelines set by the American Dental Association (ADA), Missouri Dental Board, and organizational policies Support the team with additional duties as needed What We're Looking For Basic Qualifications High school diploma preferred (not required) Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but we're open to training the right candidate Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively Passion for patient care and making a difference If you're ready to build your career while making an impact, we'd love to connect with you!
