Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental and orthodontics practice in Arnold, MO. Our office hours are Mon
  • Thurs 8 am
  • 5 pm and Fri 8 am
  • 3 pm.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing exceptional care to our patients. Minimum one year dental assisting experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. Duties Assist the dentist during various dental procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Take medical imaging as required, including X-rays and 3D scans. Document patient medical histories accurately and maintain up-to-date medical documentation. Monitor and record vital signs of patients prior to procedures. Provide chairside assistance during examinations and treatments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations. Skills Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments Thorough understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control measures. Strong attention to detail for charting and documentation Excellent assisting skills with a focus on patient comfort and care. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
