K-9 Kompanion Job Summary If you love animals, then this job is for you! As a K-9 Kompanion you'll be focused on supervising the dogs in the yards and play areas to ensure our furry guests are having a fun and safe experience! In addition, you'll work with the other K-9 Kompanions to make sure our guests' environment stays clean and comfortable, and each and every guest is provided with the quality of care they deserve! You'll be responsible for: Supervising dogs in the yards and play areas to ensure everyone is playing safely and having a good time Maintaining safe practices when pets are entering or exiting through the gates Helping new guests get acquainted Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and playroom Feeding pets Socializing with the dogs in your yard We are looking for team members who: Love animals Have professional pet care experience Have knowledge of dog body language Have strong communication skills Are willing to embrace Pet Empowerment values

Providing food and water to dogs Monitoring group play Walking dogs on a leash General cleaning of yards and playrooms Monitoring and recording health and behavior of pets Pleasantly interacting with pet owners Lifting up to 50+ pounds

Skills & Abilities Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent or higher

Customer Service:

Able to create pleasant interactions with customers

Pet Experience:

Past professional experience working with dogs and cats is strongly preferred

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
