Duties Greet patients warmly and handle all front desk communications with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage patient appointments using electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software(Dentrix), ensuring accurate and timely updates Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and communicate with health insurance providers to facilitate smooth billing procedures Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with health regulation policies and HIPAA guidelines Support medical administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and correspondence via Microsoft Office tools Assist with patient management software to update records, schedule follow-ups, and track treatment plans Answer phone calls promptly, address inquiries effectively, and coordinate communication between patients and dental staff Experience Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred Familiarity with electronic health records (Dentrix) systems and patient management software is essential Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative support tasks Understanding of dental terminology and health insurance processes enhances efficiency in this role Excellent communication skills for phone interactions and client engagement are vital for success This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a thriving healthcare team.
