As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish. As a function of your dual role, you will also provide crucial support by preparing operatories and ensuring patient rooms are ready for use. Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with our dental team to ensure seamless operations Answering phones, taking messages and communicating with patients via Weave (digital communication app) Dentist and hygienist schedule management and optimization Processing and entering insurance claims, collecting payments, daily business processing Preparing operatories, cleaning operatories, sterilization and sanitization, and expediting room turnover Assisting the lead assistant, doctor and hygienists in day to day functions
Requirements/Experience:
Windows and Microsoft Suite Competency General computer and digital literacy, and the ability to problem solve Eaglesoft or other dental management software Eye for detail and desire to grow and expand your knowledge The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Our practice values warmth and energy, and we are committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
