About Us Limitless Dental is a modern cosmetic and implant practice in the heart of Jersey City, led by Dr. Nick Ciardiello, DMD, a Kois graduate, international implant lecturer, and one of the most CE-credentialed dentists in the region (1,000+ hours and counting).
We do high-level work:
veneers, full-arch implants, All-on-X, smile makeovers, and complex restorative cases. Our patients come to us when the work matters. We're not your average dental office. We invest in technology, training, and team, and we expect the same in return. The Role We're hiring a Dental Assistant who wants to grow into the best version of themselves clinically. You'll work directly with Dr. Ciardiello on cosmetic and surgical cases, support a luxury patient experience, and become a key part of a tight, high-performing team. This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the operatory, in the loop, and on the leading edge of what modern dentistry looks like. What You'll Do Assist chairside on cosmetic, restorative, and implant procedures Set up and break down operatories to surgical-grade standards Support the doctor during implant placement, bone grafting, and full-arch cases Take and process digital scans (iTero / digital impressions) Capture clinical photography for case documentation and education Manage instrument sterilization and maintain OSHA / infection-control compliance Take and mount digital X-rays (PA, BW, pano) Educate patients on procedures, post-op care, and what to expect Keep accurate clinical notes in Open Dental Help create a calm, premium experience for every patient who walks in What We're Looking For Required Active NJ X-ray certification (this is a must — applications without it won't be considered) Experience with Open Dental (we run on it daily) CPR/BLS certification Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with patients Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Tech-comfortable (we run a fully digital office) Strongly Preferred 2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience Surgical / implant assisting experience Experience with digital scanners and intraoral cameras Familiarity with cosmetic case workflows (temps, try-ins, photography) Will Consider Newer assistants with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn fast. We invest heavily in training the right person. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
