Job Description We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach Dental Assisting. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibilities will be to teach courses ranging from infection control, dental procedures/techniques, specialties, dental materials and lab techniques, and restorative procedures. The typical teaching load is two classes for each module. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director, and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.

Requirements:

Completion of a Dental Assistant program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma CDA or RDA and

DANB RHS NJ

Dept of Education License for Radiology At least three years of experience as a chairside DA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred but not required
