Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental office. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is a team player, and is passionate about creating a positive and comfortable dental experience for every patient. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and examinations Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take and develop dental X-rays Assist with patient charting and clinical documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Help children feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental visits Follow infection-control and sterilization procedures Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care Assist with other clinical and office duties as needed Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred Dental assisting certification and/or required state credentials preferred CPR/BLS certification preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with children of all ages Positive, patient, energetic, and compassionate personality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
