Dental Assistant / Front Office Administrator (Dual Role)

We are growing and looking for a reliable, multi-talented Dental Assistant & Front Office Administrator to join our team. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties (Dental Assistant)
Chairside Assisting:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (four-handed dentistry).
Patient Care:
Seat patients, take medical histories, record vital signs, and prepare patients for treatment.
Sterilization & Setup:
Sterilize and disinfect instruments, prepare treatment rooms, and strictly maintain infection control protocols (OSHA/CDC guidelines).
Radiology:
Take high-quality digital dental X-rays/CBCT/intraoral scans as directed by the dentist.
Lab Support:
Take digital impressions and manage lab cases. Administrative Duties (Front Office)
Patient Reception:
Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and answer incoming phone calls.
Scheduling:
Coordinate appointment schedules to optimize daily workflow and provider time.
Billing & Insurance:
Verify insurance coverage, submit claims, process payments, and present treatment estimates to patients.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate patient records and electronic charts in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum [1-2] years of experience working in a dental office (hybrid experience preferred).
Software:
Proficiency with Open Dental preferred
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Organization:
Strong detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks seamlessly between the front desk and operatory.
