Full-Time Dental Assistant•Rocky Point Long Island Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry Rocky Point, NY | Full-Time, Monday-Friday, No Weekends | $26•30/hour, based on experience Join a Team That Does Meaningful Work Long Island Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is a highly established general practice specializing in implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive patient care. We're looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to join our Rocky Point team — someone who takes real pride in patient care and enjoys being part of a skilled, collaborative team. If you love the technical side of dental assisting — especially surgical and implant work — and want to grow alongside a skilled, supportive team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Assist doctors with general dentistry and implant surgical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and surgical setups Take dental X-rays as needed Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment Support patient education and post-operative instructions Keep clinical areas organized and running smoothly Help every patient feel calm, informed, and well cared for Work closely with doctors and the team to keep patient flow efficient What You Bring 3+ years of dental assisting experience Experience assisting with implant surgery preferred — willingness to learn considered Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented A positive, team-first attitude What We Offer $29•33/hour , based on experience Performance bonuses 401(k) with employer match Profit sharing Predictable schedule, no weekends:
