Job Description
2K Dental is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice looking for someone reliable, friendly, and team-oriented to work four days a week . Our Dental Assistants play an important role in keeping the day running smoothly and making sure our patients feel comfortable and well cared for. This position is primarily focused on dental assisting , with the flexibility to provide backup front office support when needed , including covering for front office team members who are out of the office. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, is willing to help wherever needed, and can comfortably transition between clinical and administrative responsibilities when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Dental Assisting Assist the dentist with exams and procedures Take X-rays and update patient charts Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Seat patients and help them feel comfortable and welcome Assist the clinical team with daily tasks as needed Front Office Backup Provide backup front office coverage and assist when team members are out of the office Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out Assist with patient paperwork and other front office tasks as needed Help maintain a smooth patient flow between the clinical and front office teamsQualifications:
Active Ohio Dental Assistant license and experience required Front office or dental administrative experience required Experience working with Medicaid patients highly preferred Reliable and dependable Positive, team-oriented attitude Good communication and organizational skillsBenefits:
