Franklin Dental Care & Dentures is a fast-paced, high-volume Medicaid dental clinic. We are the only Medicaid provider within a 30-mile radius, which means our clinic handles a heavy patient flow of 20-30 busy patients on any given day. Our environment is operationally unforgiving, and we look for assistants who fail-proof our patient care through pure grit and strict protocol adherence. In this role, you aren't just assisting at the chair; you are running an operational system. You will work closely with Dr. Rai and Dr. Taj, managing rapid room turnover, X-rays, tray setups, and instrument sterilization. If you burn out easily from volume or fold under direct feedback, this will not be a fit. But if you want to master state-of-the-art systems, work with digital scanning workflows (Dandy), and make a real impact on an underserved community, you will thrive here. What You'll Do (Core Clinical Support): Assist the dentists during fillings, extractions, crowns, and denture procedures with sharp focus. Execute pristine infection control, maintaining our sterilization room parameters and managing scanner-tip hygiene protocols. Capture diagnostic-quality radiographs (Panoramic, Periapical, and Bitewings) inside Dentrix Ascend without overlapping or cone cuts. Perfect clinical note templates immediately following each procedure to ensure flawless ledger and treatment plan alignment. What We Require (Non-Negotiable):

A bulletproof history of attendance. On-time means early.
