Schedule Monday & Wednesday:

8:00 AM - 6:00

PM Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break daily Position Overview As a Dental Assistant at VZ Dentistry, you will play an essential role in supporting our doctors and helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their care. This position offers the opportunity to assist with a wide variety of procedures while working closely with a collaborative clinical team dedicated to excellence. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, patient-focused, and comfortable assisting with both routine and complex procedures. What You'll Do Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures Support both routine and advanced restorative treatments Fabricate temporary crowns Take dental impressions Capture and process dental radiographs Prepare treatment rooms before procedures Turn over operatories efficiently between patients Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards Process and organize instruments Educate and support patients throughout treatment Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience preferred Current X-ray certification required (per state regulations) Experience fabricating temporary crowns and taking impressions Knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong team mentality Commitment to providing exceptional patient care What Makes You Successful in This Role You enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
