Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures Help create a calm, fun, and positive experience for patients Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care Keep appointments running smoothly in a high-volume environment Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements Full-time position, averaging 32-36 hours weekly Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality Loves working with kids and creating a fun environment Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Dental assisting preferred but not required Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as definedBenefits
