We're hiring a Clinical Office Specialist to support offices across Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri—through training, hands-on help, and trusted relationships. You'll be a go-to resource for clinical teams adopting (or expanding) digital workflows—especially intraoral scanning and implant-related cases. You'll spend your time in offices across the territory training new locations, helping teams feel confident with the technology, troubleshooting when things go wrong, and making sure cases move smoothly. What You'll Do
  • Train dental teams on intraoral scanners, case submission, and day-to-day digital workflows
  • Provide in-office and remote clinical/technical support to keep cases moving and customers confident
  • Lead lunch-and-learns and small educational events that make new technology approachable
  • Build strong relationships with dentists, office managers, assistants, and hygienists
  • Partner with the commercial team to expand existing accounts and uncover new opportunities
  • Document outreach and customer activity in HubSpot (CRM) What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a dental office or dental lab (required)
  • Comfort with digital dentistry workflows—especially intraoral scanning
  • RDA or RDH background is a plus
  • 3-5 years of outside dental or medical sales experience is a plus
  • Clear communicator who's comfortable presenting and training in person
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage a territory with minimal day-to-day supervision Additional Requirements Up to 80% travel required Valid driver's license required If you want a role where clinical know-how, technology, and training come together—and you enjoy being out in the field building real partnerships—we'd love to talk.
