Job Description

Single doctor practice located in Bend, Oregon is seeking a long-term career oriented Dental Assistant to complement our team. Our practice delivers exceptional clinical care and we truly value our employees. Qualified individuals should be skilled in providing direct and indirect patient care and will ensure a seamless patient transaction. The responsibilities of a dental assistant are among the most comprehensive and may include: Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Taking digital dental radiographs. Obtaining patient's medical history and taking blood pressure. Serving as an infection control officer, preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment. Supporting patients to feel comfortable before, during and after dental procedures. Providing patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures. Taking impressions. Performing some front office tasks on occasion. Communicating with patients and suppliers. helping to provide direct patient care in all dental specialties, including general dentistry, oral surgery and implant placement
EFDA CERTIFCATION REQUIRED MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Position is full-time offering competitive wage of $38 per hour!
Hours:
Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm & Fridays 10:00 am-4:00 pm
Pay:
Up to $38.00 per hour
