Dental Assistant - Patient-Focused, High-Quality Practice We are a well-established, modern dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our office is known for delivering exceptional, thorough care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and contributes positively to both patient experience and team culture.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a dental assistant who is reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated , with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures Prepare and break down operatories with attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and shut down at the end of the day Support a smooth and efficient daily schedule Deliver a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for patients Collaborate respectfully and effectively with team members
What We're Looking For:
Positive, team-first attitude Strong work ethic and personal accountability Excellent communication skills with patients and coworkers Ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks independently Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
