Our patient care is approached in a relaxed, family setting to ensure adequate time to advise patients on overall oral health. We are a fast growing and expanding practice offering dental care for the entire community. We are now hiring a full time Dental Assistant with the following qualifications: Experience in a dental practice; Experience in Patterson Eaglesoft billing system, a PLUS! Exemplifies accountability to overall responsibilities, to patient care and practice initiatives; A person with exceptional organizational skills and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment; A team player willing to offer suggestions for advancement with accountability to meet objectives; A candidate willing to assist the clinical team; A candidate with experience as a Dental Assistant and/or X-Ray license, a PLUS! Willingness to train and advance in skills as a Dental Assistant including obtaining an X-Ray license; A candidate who recognizes the importance of continuing education and constructive criticism to advance their skills; A candidate comfortable to offer suggestions to assist in meeting practice goals with firm organizational skills and accountability to meet those initiatives; A great communicator with a positive attitude comfortable speaking with both patients and team. This position will be required to work one evening hour per week, plus one Saturday per month. We are fast-paced, quickly growing dental practice in need of a new team member willing to assist in multiple capacities to advance our practice.
