We are looking for a motivated Pennsylvania Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) who loves dentistry, takes pride in excellent restorative care, and wants to continue growing clinically. We are a relationship-based, comprehensive dental practice that has served our community for more than 50 years. Our focus is on exceptional patient care—not volume. We take the time to understand our patients, educate them, and provide dentistry designed for long-term health, function, and beauty. Our clinical focus includes comprehensive restorative dentistry, esthetics, occlusion/TMJ, digital dentistry, and complex treatment planning. Who We're Looking For We'd love to meet an EFDA who is: Pennsylvania EFDA certified Passionate about restorative dentistry Detail-oriented and proud of their clinical work Comfortable placing and finishing high-quality restorations An excellent chairside assistant and clinical partner Warm, compassionate, and confident with patients Organized, dependable, and proactive A strong team player Interested in continuing education and professional growth Looking for a long-term dental home What Makes Fleetwood Dental Different? You'll have the opportunity to work in a practice that embraces advanced restorative and esthetic dentistry, digital workflows, occlusion and TMJ care, and comprehensive treatment. We do want you to be curious, motivated, coachable, and excited to grow. Experienced EFDAs are encouraged to apply, but we're equally interested in someone with exceptional potential who wants mentorship and the opportunity to become an outstanding restorative EFDA.
