Our practice provides a wide variety of dental services, giving our assistants the opportunity to continually develop their skills and become an important part of delivering exceptional patient care. What You'll Do

Accurately document clinical information in the patient's record.
Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, front office team members, and other assistants.
Participate in morning huddles and help the clinical day run smoothly and on schedule.
Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and practice safety standards.
Who We're Looking For

Is dependable, punctual, and accountable.
Pays attention to the small details that make a big difference.
Enjoys being busy and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Works well as part of a team and is willing to help wherever needed.
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Is eager to learn new techniques, technology, and procedures.
Communicates clearly and respectfully with patients and coworkers.
Takes pride in providing excellent patient care and maintaining an organized clinical environment.
Experience Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to build a career in dentistry. Dental radiology certification and applicable Pennsylvania credentials are a plus. Experience with digital dentistry, dental practice management software, intraoral scanning, restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign, or other advanced procedures is also valuable. Why Join Our Team? We believe great dental assistants are much more than an extra set of hands. A great assistant helps the doctor work efficiently, keeps the clinical day organized, reassures nervous patients, anticipates what comes next, and helps create an experience that patients remember for the right reasons. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a practice, expand their skills, and become a trusted member of the team. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced dental professionals, be exposed to a variety of procedures and technology, and continue developing your clinical knowledge and confidence. If you're dependable, energetic, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in excellent dentistry and exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you.
