Dental Hygiene Assistant/ Sterilization Technician:

Arrowhead Dental Associates is seeking a motivated Hygiene Assistant to join our multi‑specialty dental team in Charlestown, Rhode Island! Our ideal candidate brings positivity, enthusiasm, and a team‑first mindset to every patient interaction. Primary Responsibilities Treatment room preparation

• Stock, sterilize, and set up hygiene rooms for each patient visit Clinical support
• Work closely with hygienists to maintain smooth clinical operations, interact with patients, help hygienists chart and run sterilization. Inventory management
• Monitor and maintain supplies in hygiene treatment rooms daily.

Support hygienists with daily workflow and patient care needs. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, dependable, motivated, use critical thinking skills, able to be trained and have a positive attitude. Organized and able to multitask A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, especially customer service working around patients daily. Eager to learn and grow professionally

Qualifications:
