What You'll Do (Responsibilities) As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will work closely with our orthodontist to deliver exceptional care.

Your day-to-day will include:

Patient Care:

Preparing patients for treatment, making them feel welcome, and explaining procedures clearly.

Clinical Assisting:

Assisting with the placement and removal of brackets, bands, and wires.

Imaging & Impressions:

Taking high-quality digital X-rays, photos, and iTero 3D digital impressions.

Adjustments:

Changing out elastics, archwires, and ties as directed by the doctor.

Lab Work & Sterilization:

Managing clinical sterilization logs, tracking lab cases, and preparing trays.

Education:

Teaching patients and parents proper oral hygiene and instructions for braces or clear aligners. Who You Are (Requirements & Qualifications)

Experience:

1+ years of orthodontic or dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train.

Traits:

Energetic, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. You can easily build rapport with kids, teens, and adults alike.

Tech-Savvy:
