We also believe life happens outside of work, so we intentionally create a culture that values balance by offering: Long lunch breaks Getting out on time (or even early) whenever possible Random office closures just because life's too short to work all the time What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Sterilize and maintain dental equipment Capture digital radiographs and intraoral scans Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care Maintain accurate patient documentation Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Qualifications Preferred Dental Assisting experience Coronal Polishing Certification Digital scanning experience (iTero or similar) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Highly Desired EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) Certification Nitrous Oxide Certification Nitrous certification is optional.
