Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented mechanic/groundskeeper to join our team. In this position you and your team will be responsible for maintaining the track, go karts, golf course, all other attractions etc. You will also be providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their safety and satisfaction on the track. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of maintenance practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests onto track and in go kart
- Ability to concentrate and not be distracted
- Provide information about operation of go kart, and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations
- Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and cleanup
- Fill out and complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance reports.
Pay:
$15.00- $18.
