About True Dental True Dental is a growing, multi-location dental group built on growth, integrity, and compassion. Our Chattanooga location is busy, well-organized, and systems-driven. We value a positive attitude, accountability, efficiency, and strong teamwork. This position is not entry level . We are specifically looking for an assistant who can step in and contribute without extensive training. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of chairside experience in general dentistry . The ideal candidate is clinically confident, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Chairside assisting during general dentistry procedures Efficient operatory setup, turnover, and stocking Digital X-rays and intraoral photography Instrument sterilization and infection control compliance Treatment plan and post-op instruction review with patients Accurate clinical documentation Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day Collaborate closely with dentists, hygiene, and front office Minimum Qualifications (Required) Registered Dental Assistant - Tennessee Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (required) Proven chairside assisting competence Strong time management and organization skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional communication with patients and team members Preferred (Not Required) 3+ years of experience in a high-volume general dentistry practice Eaglesoft experience What We Offer Starting pay $22 per hour (based on experience and skill) Paid holidays and paid time off Consistent, predictable schedule Strong systems and team support Growth opportunities within a multi-location group Schedule TBD No evenings / No weekends How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
