Green Orthodontics in Clarksville, TN, is seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at our upscale dental office. This is a full-time opportunity for an energetic, career-minded professional who is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences. Whether you're an experienced orthodontic assistant or a recent graduate eager to begin your career, we'd love to meet you! We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable communicating with both children and their parents. If you're a positive team player with excellent attention to detail and a genuine love for helping others smile, you'll fit right in. As a clinical team member, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding orthodontic care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatment, assisting with bracket bonding and orthodontic adjustments, taking radiographs, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, sterilizing instruments, performing lab duties, and ensuring each treatment area is fully prepared between patients. This position requires someone who is comfortable working chairside and "in the mouth" throughout the day, can multitask effectively, and follows clinical protocols with precision while helping patients feel relaxed and informed during their visit. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you'll assist with patient communication, answer phone calls during busy times, and help ensure the office runs efficiently. Strong computer skills, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service are essential. Our office is fun, upbeat, and centered around providing an amazing experience for our pediatric and family patients, so we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, works well under pressure, values professionalism and respect for patients, and believes that teamwork is the key to success.
