Job description: About us Pearl Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is a new dental office Mount Juliet, TN. As a dual specialty office we strive to provide the best pediatric dental and orthodontic care and make visits convenient and FUN! We have created a modern environment that both kids and parents can enjoy. Dr. Sam and Dr. Blerta are committed to providing personalized and compassionate care to create healthy and happy smiles! We are professional, supportive and fun. Looking to be part of an awesome Women owned dental practice? Then, look no further! Our multi-specialty Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic office is searching for a dedicated RDA who will assist the Pediatric Dentist and the Orthodontist during a variety of procedures. We are looking for someone preferably that has pediatric dental experience and must enjoy working with children. The ideal candidate for this position has at least one year of experience, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and parents Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Take radiographs Coronal polishing Assist orthodontist with tying/ untying and bonding brackets Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
