About Us:

Summit Family Dental is expanding, and we are looking for an exceptional Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our dynamic team! Recently, we've undergone renovations to accommodate an associate doctor, and we are excited to grow our team and continue providing high-quality care to our patients. Our office is an upbeat and friendly environment, and Dr. Brown leads with a focus on creating a supportive and positive team culture.

Position:

Full-time, Monday through Thursday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm

We are seeking a self-sufficient, self-starter who thrives in an independent role yet is eager to add value to a rockstar dental team . The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a hard worker , and possess a can-do attitude with a strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to grow in a supportive and expanding dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist our associate doctor with a variety of dental procedures Take and develop radiographs (X-rays) Place fillings Take impressions and assist with crowns, bridges, and other restorative work Maintain infection control and sterilization procedures Provide exceptional patient care and education Manage patient records and maintain a smooth workflow Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a positive experience for all patients
