Dental Assistant -

Nashville Area Pay Rate:

$18-$22 We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join a growing specialty dental practice in the Nashville area . This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in patient care, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for patient procedures, ensuring everything is properly sterilized and ready for use. Assist the doctor during examinations and procedures by passing instruments, suctioning, and anticipating clinical needs. Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for patients throughout their visit. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment documentation. Review post-treatment care instructions with patients. Follow infection-control protocols, safety regulations, and office standards. Monitor dental supply inventory and place orders as needed. Work closely with doctors and team members to maintain efficient patient flow and exceptional patient care. What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred. Endodontic or specialty dental experience is a plus. Strong communication and patient-service skills. Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. Positive attitude and a team-first mentality. Why Join Us?
