About the Role Allen Dental Center is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, patient-centered professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting both the clinical team and the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled chairside, and works collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff while maintaining the highest standards of care, safety, and professionalism.

•5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Chairside assisting using light-cured materials Use of intra-oral camera Pouring and trimming models; taking alginate impressions Taking blood pressure manually Autoclave or Statim operation and maintenance Providing post-operative instructions Recording and updating medical records; charting and patient notes Instrument sterilization and operatory turnover Basic restorative tray set-ups Anterior and posterior temporary crown/veneer fabrication Packing and removing retraction cord Assisting with surgical placement of implants In-house whitening procedures Scanning systems (digital impressions) Assisting with Invisalign cases Qualifications Active RDA certification required Experienced dental assistant required Proficient or familiar with Open Dental iTero scanning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time management Patient-focused with excellent chairside manner Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Positive attitude and collaborative mindset What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Production bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Company-paid life and disability insurance Voluntary benefits options 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) for eligible full-time employees Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for professional growth How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
